Flour (Any purpose flout/ Atta flour)

Take 300g of cabbage. Finely chop the cabbage. Then put the cabbage in other bowl. Add pour hot water. Add 1 tsp of salt and mix. Then cover and let it boil for 10 minutes.
Drain the water after 10 minutes. Then put 1 tbsp of oil to the pan. Add finely chopped garlic. Then add 2 chopped onion. Fry the onion until soft. After that, take it out of the stove and let it cool.
Then put cabbage another bowl. Add prepared onion mixture and mix well. Now add an egg. Add chili powder, pepper powder and salt. Then add 6 tbsp of all purpose flour. You can also add all purpose flour instead the atta flour, chickpea flour or rice flour. If there is not enough flour while mixing this, add more flour.
