Recipe for pork lovers
Ingredients
- Pork 1 kg
- Roasted curry powder 2tbsp
- Turmeric 1/2 tsp
- Pepper 1 tsp
- Chili powder
- Unroasted curry powder 1 tbsp.
- Roasted curry powder 1 tbsp.
- Salt
- Onion
- Garlic
- Ginger
- Curry leaves
- Cardamom
- Cloves
- Goraka
For the pork curry to turn black, the curry powder needs to turn black first. Fry 2 tbsp s. Of roasted curry powder until black. Use low flame and fry to this colour. To get good colour of black pork curry, Fry without burning.
Then season the pork. First add blackened curry powder. Now add some chili powder as chili will be added later when adding oil. Add 1 tbsp. unroasted curry powder, 1 tbsp. roasted curry powder, 1 tsp of pepper powder and salt. Mix them well together. Now keep it aside and prepare the garlic, ginger and onion.
Then add oil to the pot. Add oil to fry garlic, ginger and onion only. Don’t add too much oil. Now add 5 chopped garlic and ginger. Add crushed cardamom. Next add 3 – 4 clove. Then add curry leaves and rampe. Now fry. Added a piece of cinnamon
Then add 1 chopped onion. Add 3 green chilies. Remember to add the tamarind when cooking the wild boar meat. Because tamarind softens the meat. Don’t add tamarind to the pork.
Then add required amount of chili powder. Fry well.
Now add pork. Remember to cut the pork into small pieces, because it will be more delicious.
Fry well, Keep it closed until the oil comes out. After 5 minutes, oil and water are added to the curry. Add salt to taste. Finally, add hot water to boil the pork.
Add more water if you want gravy. Cover and cook on medium heat for 20-30 minutes. If you don’t like gravy, cook until it thickens.
