Ingredients
- Squid 350g
- 2 tablespoons of oil
- 2 tablespoons of ginger garlic paste
- 4 cardamom seeds
- 4 cloves
- A cinnamon stick
- Curry leaves
- Onion
- Salt
- Chili powder 1 tsp
- 1tsp of roasted curry powder
- 1 tsp crushed chilies
- Coconut milk
This recipe is easy to make and very tasty.
Let’s see step by step. Take 350g of cuttlefish. First, wash and clean the cuttlefish and cut into small pieces. Then add some salt and turmeric and mix well. Then keep it aside.
Add 1 1/2 tbsp. of oil to the pan. Then ginger, garlic and green chilies also add into it. Then add chopped curry leaves and an onion. Mix well. Then add ground cardamom, cloves and cinnamon mixture.
Then add 1 tsp of chili powder and 1 tsp of roasted curry powder. The amount of chili powder can be changed as per your preference.
You can add chili flakes to get more taste. Fry them together.
Meanwhile, Add 4 cut green chilies. Now add cuttlefish. Mix together and fry. Add 2 tamarinds. Also, you can add tomatoes instead of tamarind.
After the water comes out of the cuttlefish, add 1/2 cup of thick coconut milk. Coconut milk is not essential. You can also add water instead of coconut milk. Once the coconut milk is cooked. Turn off the stove. Now our cuttlefish curry is ready.
